Jubilee Landing #307 is a very well maintained home offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary Bedroom hosts a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, access to the Water Facing Balcony, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has 2 Twin Beds. Need extra sleeping? The cozy Living Area provides a sleeper sofa and a Large Smart TV. The Full Guest Bath is just off the guest bedroom with another shower/ tub combo. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the home for your convenience! The Fully Stocked Kitchen is ready to cook up the days catch or takeout if needed! Enjoy your meals on the adorable countertop dining area or take it out on the spacious balcony and table set to watch the beautiful sunsets over the gorgeous Ol' River!!
**Boat slips require a reservation and a Boat Slip Pass. Boat Slip Passes are $55 per night of stay. Passes are issued on a first come, first served basis until slips are full. you must request a pass at booking to reserve or you may not get one.
** Gas Card Promo: Book a minimum of 3 nights between November 21st through 30th, 2025 and get a free $25 gas card on us! New bookings only, beginning October 27, 2025. Card will be waiting your arrival on the kitchen counter!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys that they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*Cable is provided in the primary bedroom and living room. Guest bedroom TV is streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.
