Two TVs — one in the main living area and one in the loft — so groups can split up for movie night or kids can have their own space.

You`re in the heart of downtown Newcastle — a charming, walkable foothill community between Auburn and Roseville right off I-80.
Walk to morning coffee, highly rated sandwich shops, and restaurants for lunch and dinner — all within a few blocks.
Less than a block away, a shaded, tree-covered paved walking trail leads downhill to a beautiful large grassy area and pond that stays green and lush year-round. The trail also connects to three local elementary schools with several playgrounds — great for families. At the top of the hill, enjoy gorgeous sunset views via railed stairs or a switchback paved ramp. The trail and green space are open on weekends and after school hours on weekdays.
Newcastle`s fruit stands and orchards are a local tradition. Quick access to Auburn`s historic Old Town, Roseville Galleria, and Folsom Lake.
Parties are not allowed. To respect our peaceful Placerville neighborhood and comply with local regulations, please keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Please inform us of your approximate check-in and check-out times to help us coordinate with our cleaning team and other guests. If checking in after 10:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum when arriving.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee of $100 per hour. Please notify us of your planned check-out time so we can alert our housekeepers. Before leaving, kindly do the following:
-Wash any used dishes and start the dishwasher
-Start a load of towels (we’ll transfer them to the dryer).
Please take out the trash. Leave the home in a generally clean and tidy condition.
-This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette or cannabis waste in outdoor trash bins. A $300 fee applies if indoor smoking i detected.
-Candles are strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons. Please do not bring or use candles in the home.
-Please avoid putting food in the garbage disposal. Use the provided compost bin for food waste.
-We understand accidents happen. Please let us know right away via Airbnb messaging if any damage occurs during your stay.
-A $50 per person fee may be applied for unauthorized guests to help deter parties or over-occupancy.
-To help manage energy usage, please turn off lights and adjust the thermostat when leaving the house.
-Please do not move or rearrange furniture. It complicates cleaning and resetting the space.
-Pets are welcome with approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet. Pets must be potty-trained and kept off furniture. Close bedroom doors to restrict pet access. A $200 fee applies for any pet waste left behind. You are solely responsible for the safety and behavior of your pet.
-Please wipe their feet when they return from outside
-Please do not use white towels to remove makeup. Makeup towels are provided.
-For stays over 30 days, professional cleaning is required every 30 days. A $180 fee will be charged for each cleaning.
-Turn the gas valve on before use and off afterward to prevent regulator damage. Clean the grill and replace the cover after each use.
-Landscapers may enter the backyard without prior notice.
-Do not unplug any devices, including smart home equipment, lamps, routers, or modems. Doing so may disable the smart lock or other systems and result in lockouts or service disruptions.
-Please check thoroughly before you leave. Unfortunately, we are not able to package or ship items left behind.
