Positive: Location.

Negative: The ducts and air conditioning system were too noisy, which was particularly noticeable at night. The heating didn't work well in the bathroom area. The bed was awful, already very deformed. The Wi-Fi was very bad – not in terms of speed, but because it disconnected every 5 minutes. The breakfast had little variety.

Summary: Price shouldn't always be the primary criterion for choosing a hotel.
