For your comfort and safety, Gatlinburg policy requires that the hot tub be completely drained and refilled between reservations. The hot tub requires time to heat up once it has been refilled.

Build a fire in the outdoor fire pit, roast marshmallows, and take in the mountain views while relaxing on the swings. Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. Keep your vehicle doors locked at all times! We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat for all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the house to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up.
