Positive: Perfect location for us to visit all the sites we planned to see (D-day). Very quiet village. Owner was very helpful, sadly our French wasn't as good as his English..but we managed to sort things out. Lovely to have freshly cut garden flowers to welcome us (+a bottle of local cider). Rooms were exactly as per the photos. Clean and comfortable.

Negative: It's not a complaint by any means because there's nothing that can be done about it -but it is worth noting that the toilet is under the stairs whereas the shower and washbasin is upstairs so you need to either wash your hands in the kitchen sink after using the loo or go upstairs...... But that is the only thing I personally didn't like (I don't think my husband or son particularly cared!).

Summary: Ideal central location for exploring D-day sites.
