Positive: Perfect location to visit the city center and Disney, being 3 min walk to the Metro Bastille and 10 min walk to Gare de Lyon which takes you straight to Disney.

Negative: As is common in Paris there is no elevator, and the apartment is on a second floor. If you are more than 2 people, there is a sofa bed in the living room which nearly blocks the entrance.
