Around the pool, you will have the choice between several spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. 2 living areas, one outside, one under the veranda, a dining area under a shade sail and the outdoor bar with its plancha. So many spaces to spend friendly moments with family or friends. Not to mention the space dedicated to the table tennis table. The commissioning of the pool begins from the 1st week of the Easter holidays (French school holidays) until the last week of the All Saints holidays (French school holidays).
Exposed South East, the house is always fresh with its air conditioning.
The house is particularly well equipped with fiber internet, a beautiful kitchen richly equipped, many closets in the house and in the bedrooms, 2 large flat screens, 2 separate toilets, laundry, nothing missing.
On the first floor you find 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. It is the same in the semi-underground basement with a second bathroom and two bedrooms are spacious enough to have each a double bed, a simple bed and large closets. All mattresses are of quality.
The house offers 3 double beds and 4 simple beds for 7 people. If you come for a business trip, you can be in different beds.
We can provide you with a high chair and a foldable cot free of charge.
