INTRODUCTION
This townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 7 people. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a half bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor you'll find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a large loft area. There's a 2-car attached garage and a gas grill for barbecuing on those cool summer nights.

Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). COMMUNITY & AMENITIES
In addition to the resort-class amenities mentioned above, guests will also enjoy a clubhouse providing sporting equipment to borrow such as pickleball rackets & balls, ping-pong paddles & balls, a bocce set, and basketballs. Exercise classes include yoga, spin, aqua toning, water aerobics, and Zumba. Massages are available by appointment. Additional fees apply and will be paid directly to the exercise and massage providers. Food trucks can be found most Friday and Sunday evenings. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach and on the hour from the beach (from 9:30AM to 4PM).
Located only 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination that will provide enjoyment far beyond the cluttered, noisy beach towns at a fraction of the cost and only a short drive away. You'll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles).
Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes. Amenity passes can be purchased from the Clubhouse Attendant at arrival for an additional charge of $35 per person per week (credit card only).

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 7 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please note, linens are not provided for futons.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
