Positive: We had ricoffee in the kitchen but no milk. Had to buy my own. One dustbin for the whole rental unit located in the kitchen? Light switches not working and had to sleep with light on. Owner not welcoming you and advising of what to find in Fransnhoek???? On last day we had knock on front door and cleaning ladies were sent in - how unprofessional not to wait whilst we vacate first. No question asked on how stay was or if we will visit again??? Beautiful place but definitely need a professional to attend to guests

Negative: Something wrong with light switched and no aircon nor fans in the unit??? One dustbin?????

Summary: Beautiful unit, will not be back as other units and owners are definitely more friendly and helpful
