2 Person only. Charming little classic Cape cottage located close to town, beaches and bike trail. The cottage is nestled in the pines of a small cottage community on a 5 acre property on White Pond. Cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom. The cottage sleeps 2 people. The pond is approximately 200 feet from where the pond is located. There are no views of the pond from the cottage itself, but it is located on the front row with no cottages in front of it. There is also an outdoor shower off the back of the cottage. The pond is perfect for swimming, canoeing or kayaking (bring your own). There is a deck with a table and 4 chairs for morning coffee and bird watching. This is the perfect escape for rest and relaxation. Chatham is a quaint town with great shops less than 1 1/2 miles away. Hardings beach is less than 2 miles away. There is plenty to do on the Cape with whale watching, seal tours, shopping, nature trails, easy access to the bike path, band concert in the park and Chatham A's baseball games. NO PET POLICY, violation will result in loss of full deposit. WIFI only, no cable TV. Must bring your own linens (sheets and towels).
