This dream Home is a brand new construction.5 bedroom 5.5 bath home which is the envy of the neighborhood! Location is next to El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of Palm Springs and only ten minutes away from the Tennis Tournament in Indian Wells and 15 mts to the famous Coachella music festivals. This House has a resort style backyard. 43 feet pool long with a custom made quartz bar which has 4 sitting stools. Enjoy your favorite drinks or food while in the pool. Gorgeous 20 feet waterfall, and a very large tanning area to lie down and enjoy the sun inside the pool. For families with kids tanning area serves as their children's pool. Spa has a waterfall that overflows into the pool, and fits ten people very comfortable. Adjacent to the pool a sunken fireplace area. It has a BBQ, fridge to keep your drinks cold, sitting for ten, and a gorgeous fireplace. Sunk in area is at pool level so you can keep the fun with your friends and family at the pool. There is also a plasma in the patio so you can watch your favorite sports or movies while enjoying the pool. Total 7 plasmas with all the channels including HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax and more. Grass areas, and wonderful palm trees everywhere.
Patio is connected to the living room with a massive pocket door which completely folds inside the wall and makes the living room feel that is connected with the pool and outside areas. Feels great to open the pocket door and hear the sound of the waterfalls. Pocket door is twenty feet long. Inside the house owner didn't care for cost, and everything has been custom made. The kitchen contains all German appliances, a commercial fridge, and the entire kitchen is made of Quartz, including the dining table that serves eight people. Living area has a wonderful fireplace, a gorgeous bar with a fridge, also made of Quartz, and a 75 inch Sony 4k Plasma.
All of the five bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms, a large closet and a 55 inch plasma. The master has two very large closets and a dream bathroom with a custom made quartz jet bathtub that comes with great mountain views. Master has a 70 inch Sony 4k plasma.
House has also everything to entertain your friends and family. Pool table, and a ping pong table is included to accent even more the fun. Three car garage, laundry room. Directv is provided in all rooms, living room and patio, wifi as well.
Bars, restaurants and shopping are just 19 seconds driving to El Paseo, walking is around ten minutes in a beautiful path, and by bicycle is around two minutes. House is close to great hikes as well and everywhere you need to have a perfect vacation.
