Suite Debussy is an exceptional apartment on two levels. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The château was built by Guillaume Apollinaire's uncle, Baron Després,
The salon is decorated with works of art paying tribute to Apollinaire's friends, as well as to the music and composers of Apollinaire's time. The "wall of friends" features specially commissioned drawings by Debussy, Ravel, Gershwin and Satie. On either side of the salon is a private bedroom with large beds and tapestries by Modigliani (another of Apollinaire's friends). Each private marble bathroom is fully equipped with thick, luxurious white towels. Upstairs, in the attic, is a third dormered bedroom with original oak beams. Twin beds can be converted into a king-size bed on request. A third marble bathroom is on the right as you enter.

The secret château is tucked away behind a Perpignan city street. Walk over the bridge on the Têt River and find yourself in historic downtown Perpignan, with many excellent restaurants, museums, and historic attractions like the Castillet and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. The beautiful La Bassa River and its gardens run through the charming city center.
## Transit
Free guest parking on the premises behind a private gate with your own automated entry key. Walking distance to the city center and restaurants, or drive and park at the Place Arago parking garage. Many beautiful historic towns and wineries are a short drive away. Walking distance to two supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a good bakery. Ten minute drive to the Perpignan airport. The beautiful white sand beach at Canet-en-Roussillon Is a twelve minute drive from the château.

The Claude Debussy Suite is fully air conditioned. It is on the third floor (deuxieme étage) of the château, up the grand staircase and a second smaller staircase. Please ask Thierry for assistance with your luggage if needed. For heavy luggage we can provide valet service, unpacking and hanging clothes for you.
