Equipment: 1 flat screen TV 43 ‘ 4K – fibre Orange, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, 1 ceramic hob, 1 oven, 1 toaster, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 Senseo - dosets, 1 boiler, 1 electric fryer, 1 steamer, 1 rice cooker, 1 vacuum cleaner, 1 ironing board with vertical steam iron, Internet connection by Fiber Wi-Fi. 1 24-inch HP HDMI monitor, 1 HP/wifi printer. Convector electric heating. Baby furniture: 1 umbrella bed with mattress, pillow… 1 high chair, nightlight, bathtub, … Children’s furniture: 1 chair, 1 table, 1 chaise longue. Garden furniture with teak table for 8 people, 2 hammocks, 1 umbrella, 2 Adirondacks, deck chairs.
Price: Electricity, water, gas, internet connection, city hall taxes, included in the rate. Booking: 50% Deposit by bank transfer (direct payment) non-refundable. Balance by bank transfer or cash for check-in.

All linen needed for the number of people provided is loaned free of charge. It must be returned cleaned (with the exception of the last set in use on the morning of the check-out).
A RAINBIRD automatic watering system works at night. We can on request stop it punctually or possibly change the schedule.
A camera is positioned at the portal (the only one to preserve your privacy) but necessary for the surveillance of robbers etc…
Housekeeping: The villa, its equipment and surroundings must be made clean at the check-out and as found at the check-in.
