The living area includes a very comfortable sofa, a fold-down wall bed, and a television.
The dining area features a central island that seats three guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, utensils, and tableware.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed (140x200 cm), made up with hotel-quality linens.
The adjoining bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and washing machine.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
