Come and make yourself at home in this cosy and welcoming apartment, beautifully decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and upholstered armchair, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one fitted with a 160 cm double bed and storage space, the other with a 2-person sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, and a separate WC. Warm, coordinated furnishings. Located on the 4th floor, without elevator, enter the living room through 3 small steps and enjoy a breathtaking view of Bordeaux's rooftops. Reversible air-conditioning.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.
## DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation.
