This superb 55 m² apartment, renovated in 2020 with taste and care, is located in an early 19th century stone building in the heart of the St Pierre district, Bordeaux's historic center. The location is ideal, 100 meters from Rue Ste Catherine and 100 meters from Place de la Bourse, for an unforgettable stay in Bordeaux.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).
Well-equipped, this apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by a beautiful stone staircase. Just a stone's throw from Place Camille Julian, Rue Sainte Catherine, shops and public transport, Le BOBO offers the following features:
- A bright living room with flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa and desk.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: designer refrigerator, induction hob, oven
microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils.
- One bedroom with double bed (140X200)
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
For your convenience, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, as well as some coffee capsules, tea, olive oil and more, and your bed is made up on arrival.
- Of course, Wifi is available and free!
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
