Simply and tastefully - furnished, the apartment also offers use of a large shared garden is perfect for guests wanting a place to relax outdoors with traveling pets. WiFI is included, as is a street parking permit.

The Neighborhood:
Elwood is a quiet, leafy area with great cafes, restaurants and access on foot to the bay. It’s also next to the busier St Kilda, with it’s vibrant nightlife and venues, including Luna Park, a fantastic heritage theme park just opposite St Kilda beach.
Getting Around:
Tramways are minutes from the house, with direct lines to the Centre of Melbourne. There’s bike tracks along the shoreline, and for those driving, free street parking is available.
Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 per pet surcharge fee, Prior to check in please confirm pet type and breed.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
