- A fully-equipped open kitchen: hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and numerous kitchen utensils.
- A utility room with a large fridge, microwave and washing machine.
- A 35 m² master suite with king-size bed (180x200), flat-screen TV and desk area.
- A large dressing room.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin.

On the banks of the Garonne River, Bordeaux's Chartrons district is ideally situated between the prestigious Esplanade des Quinconces and the Jardin Public. Marked by its wine trade, then enriched by its maritime exchanges, its streets combine the sumptuous residences of former merchants with wine warehouses. A village within the city, in the image of the suburb it once formed, this Mecca for antique dealers and merchants encapsulates the history of Bordeaux.
Today, the merchants are still in Chartrons (after a short break in the 20th century). They have been joined in the alleyways by the antique dealers. Rue Notre Dame, with its 700-meter-long carriageway, is home to around forty of them. An emblematic street in the district, over the years it has seen the blossoming of art galleries and interior design stores.
