During your 1-hour winery tour, learn how the founders made use of the coastal climate and soils in developing a gravitational-flow design, and how its wines have been skyrocketing in popularity since its beginnings in 1999. Next, head down into the wine cellar for tastings of two premium wines from the Corralillo line, a sauvignon blanc and a syrah. The wine shop is right there as well, so make sure to pick up souvenirs and some bottles to take home.
